workout for too much energy.

Okay here is the thing, im a girl that sits allot at the computer and Im a very active girl so I love to go out to the mall, beach, home to others and hang with my friends, but the thing is I wanna do that like EVERYDAY and ofcoures my friends can't hang out with me everyday. That would just be wrong.
And if I don't go out, my body starts to shake a bit and I don't know why, I just think im a energy person.
And my body never gets workout, I used to do it before and my body just got calm down and I was able to sleep like a baby, now I can never sleep. So I wanna start back on doing exercise at home.
Im not sure what kind of exercise I wanna do, I wanna strech (thats for sure) I heard from Nina Dovrev (interview) She loves doing yoga. I don't know if thats something for me, but then again I never tried it, but because I have to do it alone, It has to be something easy I can do, nothing comblecated.
So exercise I may start on.

I think every morning when Im not going to school I will do strech out first, then exercise and then last I will do some yoga poses to come down and get relaxed, and hopefully I wont have that much energy, because it is a little too much. I can't take it.

And when I do have school I will just do it when im relaxed in the afternoon. not too close to my time when im going to bed, because then I think it just will be no good. I don't know.

I will get back on how it's going with the over energy that so many other people could need.
And see if the workouts really work. I hope it works.
