Okay here is the thing, im a girl that sits allot at the computer and Im a very active girl so I love to go out to the mall, beach, home to others and hang with my friends, but the thing is I wanna do that like EVERYDAY and ofcoures my friends can't hang out with me everyday. That would just be wrong.
And if I don't go out, my body starts to shake a bit and I don't know why, I just think im a energy person.
And my body never gets workout, I used to do it before and my body just got calm down and I was able to sleep like a baby, now I can never sleep. So I wanna start back on doing exercise at home.
Im not sure what kind of exercise I wanna do, I wanna strech (thats for sure) I heard from Nina Dovrev (interview) She loves doing yoga. I don't know if thats something for me, but then again I never tried it, but because I have to do it alone, It has to be something easy I can do, nothing comblecated.
So exercise I may start on.
I think every morning when Im not going to school I will do strech out first, then exercise and then last I will do some yoga poses to come down and get relaxed, and hopefully I wont have that much energy, because it is a little too much. I can't take it.
And when I do have school I will just do it when im relaxed in the afternoon. not too close to my time when im going to bed, because then I think it just will be no good. I don't know.
I will get back on how it's going with the over energy that so many other people could need.
And see if the workouts really work. I hope it works.

No Heat Curly/Wavy hair
So ben a long time. I know I don't have any readers now, but hopefully that will change and people will start notice this blog.
So hair, we have all difrent hair types. Some have straight others curly. There is straight, curly, wavy (mixed between) and there is fine, thick, thin (mixed between) Oily hair , medium or dry hair.
So the thing is we all need to find a good way to care for our hair, so it wont get split ends, dry out, look very weird and not in the place as it useally stands. So I have before made a subject about how to care for hair, but ofcoures some people with straight hair wants curls, or some girls with curly hair wants it a little straighter and tame the big poofy hair, that comes with the curles. And because heat is SO bad for hair, and maybe the hair looks awesome when you do it, but after that it's only damaged.
This is what you should do!!!
I don't know if you heard about it or not, but you can create your own curls with NO HEAT.
For the straight hair girls you get waves/curles, and for the curly hair you get it a little more tamed, and maybe a little wave in it.
There is difrent ways to do it, I would suggest look at YaYaLifestyle, she does difrent ways of doing your hair with no heat, so you can try it out and see what works for you. Hope it will help.
PS. For you girls who tend to have oily hair and don't wanna wash your hair everyday, there is something called "dry shampoo" and you can get it in spray form or powder form.
Basicially what it does is you spray it on and then you rub you scalp with your fingers, very gently. And then you style it as you want to. And that is all. Nothing complicated that you have to do. It's very easy to do. And that will make your hair look so good.
